The price point and the expectations were predictable. The staff was friendly and helpful. I thought the grounds and the common areas of the entrances could be cleaned up. The carpet was worn and stained and the paint (whitewash) on the exterior building walls were peeling and requires painting; however, it did not affect my stay. My floor was quiet and clean as was my room. The room was warm so in the evenings due to all baseboard heating (no AC); therefore, I left the curtains closed during the day and left the window open and all was quiet and cool for a good sleep. The sheets and towels were clean as were the common bathrooms. I would recommend this site for a stay in the area.
