Not much, for the money we spent, it certainly not worth the cost
Over 300.00 a night for one of 2nd level rooms.
The deck was nor wide enough for chairs, so none were supplied.
When I booked, it showed a cabin.so disappointed.
We will never book at this site again.

Very clean, comfortable met all our expectations and requirements. Needed to have some explanation as to how to access TV channels for daily news forecasts etc. Okay to tune into Netflix, but general use of remotes.

Breakfast is not provided at this location, but everything we would need (except food) was available for us to use to make our own meals. The facility provided everything we could need. It was comfortable and clean. Instructions for the TV were very helpful. There was a swimming pool (which we didn't use), picnic tables, fire pits and a badminton net. Bicycle rentals available on the property. There was room for 5 to sleep and living/dining area to entertain our visiting family. The rooms were very quiet and soundproof.

The included breakfast was really good, typical hotel breakfast with bacon, eggs, fruit and yogurt, pancakes and juice and coffee. There’s a trail that takes you 5 minutes to walk directly to the beach and the hotel is right on the water. There is also a boat house that you can use with canoes and kayaks! There were seating outside to relax and there was also a fire pit that you could use. The lobby was beautiful with lots of seating and there were cards and board games you could play. There was also beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas that you could use to take to the beach.

we were literally 5 minutes from town. has a view of the ocean and farmland.racehorses for neighbors! restaurants, grocery store gas all within 5 minutes drive. plus, deep sea fishing just down the road from all that! we toured almost the whole island in 5 days! everywhere you go is a view of something cool. we saw the northern lights and the perseids from our backyard! but the beaches are so dark at night, you get a better view. and they are easy to get to.Felix was a great host and I hope I get back there again!!!!!!
Felix was so friendly and welcoming. The location is excellent and closet to many interesting spots including Anne of Green Gables. Cabin was very clean!
The jacuzzi tub was nice but the jets didn't function. The nearby North Rustico beach was a favorite. Kids loved the pool. Friendly horses in the neighboring pasture that were a joy to the kids.
Our host Andrea was so accommodating to all of our needs. She made a good breakfast for us each day. The atmosphere was so casual, relaxed and welcoming. The Rustico area is beautiful, full of history and charm. The walk nearby to see the osprey nest was a highlight.
We were happy to have a full kitchen in our cabin and laundry machines right next door. It is a quiet location a short drive to waterfront and Rustico. It was nice to cook our own food and enjoy the view from the attached deck.
