I really enjoyed our stay and the room was clean and modern. Amenities were great and the beds were comfortable. There was lots of selection for breakfast that was included in the price of the room. Staff was very friendly.

Location was good. The hotel is new, the beds very comfortable and a clean room. Our room phone and coffee maker didn’t work properly. First day breakfast was ok, but two coffee dispensers completely out, kitchen was locked, no other employee had a key to gain access. Second day, ran out of food and took a long time to replenish so daughter and I ended up going to McDonalds. Overall the staff friendly, very good security, but employees are slow to engage.
The hotel was comprehensive as it combined a bar looking over the curling rink, restaurant, swimming pool and rooms. Enjoyed a meal in the bar. Was able to upgrade our room to an outside room. Staff friendly.
We had to find another hotel as the only room they had was not pet friendly. However, the staff were exceptional in helping us get a full refund from booking.com as it was their issue and not ours.
Small but nice continental breakfast, fresh bagels and muffins hot coffee. Bed was super comfortable. The hotel is old but well maintained and clean. I would book here again.
