The breakfast was very good! There was scrambled eggs, sausages, muffins, toast, waffles, yogurt & juice & coffee so a pretty good selection. The hotel was very quiet, almost had it to ourselves, not many there. Room was comfortable!

Such a great location, relaxing and peaceful. The hosts have thought of everything! This is the first stay we have had with a king size bed! Great views out of the window at the scenic river! Completely renovated, very nicely with all the amenities! The hosts are lovely and have done a great job with this little gem. Definitely a must stay if you are in Portage La Prairie! It’s only an hour from Winnipeg so very convenient. Wish we could stay longer, how we can come back someday! We have travelled across Canada on this holiday and this was definitely the best place we stayed at! Well done Chris and Charis!

My room was very cold despite having the heat on. Brrr Furniture and the television were very nice!
We had to find another hotel as the only room they had was not pet friendly. However, the staff were exceptional in helping us get a full refund from booking.com as it was their issue and not ours.
Small but nice continental breakfast, fresh bagels and muffins hot coffee. Bed was super comfortable. The hotel is old but well maintained and clean. I would book here again.
