I recently stayed for one night at the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott and had a generally positive experience. The hotel was very clean, and everything seemed new and well-maintained. The staff were courteous and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was good, with a variety of options.
There was convenient free parking available and free EV stations for electric vehicles, and electric scooters were available for rent to explore the nearby area. The hotel is very close to the casino, about a 5-minute drive to the beach, and near the lazy river. There was a 24-hour coffee and tea station for guests, and we were welcomed with cold water at the reception. The hotel has a gym and a pool, we did not use these facilities.
Although check-in time was officially 3 PM, we were pleasantly surprised to be allowed to check in at noon.

The hotel has a great indoor pool and sauna and even an exercise gym (though it doesn't open until 10AM and you have to change in your room as there are no changing facilities by the pool).

Perhaps a little short of restaurants considering the number of tourists passing through. Irrigation makes this desert beautiful, lots of shady trees for those hot summer days. Has a visitors Bureau for more info.
