I didnt have the regular breakfast but the ladies at the desk packed me up some fruit at 4:00 am when leaving. The hotel has a good location re proximity to the airport and it has a great restaurant / pub. The staff made it very freindly but the hotel is extremely outdated and has had a very minor remodel - just enough to say that something was done in that respect. It was the staff there that gave the stay some value. The accomodations were not worth the almost $200. for the night. The hotel should be a $120 / night hotel not a $200 / night.

1. Warm greetings and clear instructions on how to use the kitchen and gave us a good history of the house.
2. The floor layout, furniture, decor, bookshelf with books, games, etc.
3. Breakfast for both hot and fruits.

We lived in N Saanich for 14 years - since then we've returned for Jan and Feb and stayed in Saanich, near Mt Douglas Park. We love N. Saanich and always think how fortunate we were to choose to purchase there - we wanted to be close to elderly father.

The location is genuinely lovely with nearby hiking routes all over North Saanich for scenic walks in the forest and up into the hills.
Being close by to the Swartz Bay it is very accessible for both foot passengers or drivers coming of the ferry.
There's also a nearby bus station 8 mins walk from the property if you rely on public transport for getting around.
The property is beautiful . a perfect place to stay near the airport if you
need to catch a flight early in the morning or returning late in the evening. The Hosts thought of everything you might need, including goodies to start your morning breakfast. Spotless in every way !Definitely a 5 star accommodation.
Breakfasts were excellent. Pair of friendly poodles. Extremely well stocked accommodation (charging ports, condiments, books, etc.). Friendly and kind hostess. Quiet area. Excellent location for exploring North Saanich. Comfortable facilities.
The location was perfect for our explorations. The quiet peaceful surroundings were such a pleasure. Nearby Sydney was a gem of a discovery, a location we would love to spend winter months in if we no longer head to warmer climes of Florida.
