The residence is located in a walking distance to the Outlet mall with a food court which is very convenient. It's not far from the Niagara Falls hence you can save some money as hotels at Niagara are expensive. The rooms are modest but very clean and have everything that you need for the stay: 3 beds, a shower with towels, kitchenette with a fridge, sink, microwave and a dinning table. It's a dormitory from September to April so rooms are given to tourists for the rest of the year. The staff is very very friendly and tries to accommodate any of your ask.

What I did appreciate from a staff member the advice we received about a winery to visit. There are so many it was hard to decide. She recommended Konzelmann and it was excellent. We purchased 8 bottles and it turned out to be excellent wine. She gave exact directions on how to get there, which we would likely never have found otherwise. Greatly appreciated her knowledge of the wines.

By far one of the prettiest towns I have ever stayed in and a perfect location to visit Niagara Falls. Plenty of restaurants, shops, and bakeries. Right on Lake Ontario. Loads of vineyards within the area. Will be back.

Many pubs do not take reservations - best to check ahead.
Many pubs do not take reservations - best to check ahead. Lots of tourists and locals - so if there is music - know it may be hard to get into a place for a quick bite to eat. The app for parking near down town is fantastic.

I love it! It is such a quaint little town.
I love it! It is such a quaint little town. I would love to visit during other seasons. We stayed in winter, it was a bit rainy and foggy but absolutely beautiful! We enjoyed the afternoon tea at the hotel. What a wonderful experience! We also ate at the Irish Harp across the street from the hotel. It was delicious! I would definitely recommend both of those.

Just an absolutely wonderful place to visit for the theater, food, shopping, walking, and overall atmosphere. The Irish Harp and Angel Inn are great places for food, a pint, and music. Shaw Festival productions are the equal of any Broadway show. In the middle of Canadian Wine Country. We visit from the Finger Lakes in NYS at least once a year.

Great place to visit, we actually make it a yearly event.
Great place to visit, we actually make it a yearly event. From the hotel, everything you need is only a short walk from the door ! If you want a more elegant setting, the hotel dining area is for you. If you want to rub elbows with the locals, there are plenty of restaurants & dinners close by. The Shaw Theater is a five-minute walk from here, and the Royal George Theater is six minutes away. All in all, it's a great place to visit at any time of year !

The breakfasts prepared by our hosts were exceptional, the best we've had anywhere on our travels. Each item was freshly prepared and served by the hosts; the offerings were delicious and plentiful. The "main" courses, ordered by the guests the night before, were hot and filling. Great coffee and teas were available all day. We stayed for two nights, taking day trips into town and the falls. Rooms were large and decorated decorated tastefully.
We really enjoyed the time spent at Tony & Bonnie's place. Tony and Bonnie are very welcoming. Room is very clean and spacious with a private bathroom. Breakfast is delicious and cooked by Tony. House is in a very quiet surrounding, very close to the lake and to Niagara on the Lake center. Place to park the car. We strongly recommend Upper Canada Coach House if you want to visit Niagara Falls and the vineyards.

Highly recommend the place!!!
We had a great time at White Oaks! We only stayed one night during the week but it was very relaxing. We also always love shopping at the outlet mall which is so convenient from the hotel.
The swimming pool and hot tub were lovely.
The gym was huge! Not your typical resort gym. This has everything!
Our King room was also huge!
The location was beautiful, and our balcony had a water view. Lovely quiet neighborhood but easy to get to main falls area and NOTL. The breakfast was all homemade and luxury, and the host Sandra was lovely to talk to. She even recommended a great hike that we ended up doing on our last day. Everything exceeded expectations.

Just one of those little gems of a hotel. From staff to location, everything was perfect. Been lucky to stay in some very good hotels and we score this as a 10 and would come back without hesitation. Ladies at front desk were brilliant, arranged a late check out, thank you
The dining room setting was very nice. The breakfast was excellent. The house was a beautiful old house that has been fixed up very well. It is next door to a nice winery and walking distance to a good restaurant. The owner was delightful.
