They told me breakfast was included and when j got to breakfast. They told me 30 dollars per person for breakfast. I paid 250 a night and breakfast not included is ridiculous. I'm very disappointed and should have never chose to come there after my wedding. I didn't even get a congratulations and I was in my tuxedo and her in her white dress. Sad honestly

FAQs about hotels in Mississauga

Down-to-Earth City Bordering Toronto

Mississauga is the site of Toronto Pearson Airport, so many visitors to the Ontario capital pass through without even realising. Once a Toronto suburb on the shores of Lake Ontario, Sauga (as it’s affectionately called) is now a city in its own right, though it’s not immediately obvious where one ends and the other begins.

Both have in common the broad horizon of nothing but water on one side and a skyscraper-dominated skyline on the other. The most iconic structures are the curvy Absolute World towers, said to resemble Marilyn Monroe. Over the road is one of Canada’s largest shopping centres: Square One.

More stores are in Sherway Gardens Mall near Toronto Golf Club, just one of many within Mississauga. There is also a staggering number of parks, including some lining the Credit River which enters the lake by Port Credit historic village, home to lots of cafés, restaurants and bars. Salmon migrate up the river, so fishing is popular.

The fact that this was once agricultural land inspired the design of the civic centre, overlooking the Living Arts Centre and the Art Gallery of Mississauga across Celebration Square.

Booking.com’s Mississauga accommodation options include hotels by the convention centre, apartment complexes with hot tubs, and cheap motel deals near the Hershey Centre.

I did not see much of Mississauga on this trip, but I have known the city from previous trips. What I liked most were the parks at Lake Ontario where people can relax, picnic, and swim, and little kids can enjoy playing. The city is more or less like any big city in Canada with a nice landscape around it and lots of shopping malls. Hotels and taxis are rather expensive, probably trying to copy Toronto, however with a lot less attractions that would make it worth visiting the city. If you just want to overnight after a long flight, and you have your own car (or rental), it is better to look for a decently priced hotel just north of Toronto (e.g. Markham). I am sure, Mississauga is a lot more attractive for business travelers.

Our stay was a overnight stay did not get to see much of the city, but it was very clean people were very friendly. Lots of traffic we come from a very small town so that was a adjustment but I would visit again when we have more time. Lots of restaurants to choose from.

Lovely town and has plenty to do....particularly loved Port Credit which is Mississauga's lakeshore portion. It is quaint, there are a few historic buildings and a lighthouse on Lakeshore Blvd. Transportation is great and loved the Square One Mall too. Highlights was a trip to Toronto's Premium Outlet mall-- Brands for great bargains galore!!

It's the perfect place. If you plan to drive to Niagara falls, this is a good location to stay. Where we stayed is just in the airport road which is really very accessible anywhere you want to go. We rented a car and we drove to Niagara falls and to other places we wanted to go.

Convenient -About a 15 min drive from the airport with reliable hourly on the hour free shuttle / don’t forget to book ahead the night before with front desk as they do fill up - breakfast consisted of sausages and eggs - a cool “wave your hand “pancake machine and a waffle maker , and fruit. Plenty of seating. There is a no contact water machine which was very useful. Was out a lot so didn’t use the inside pool or gym. Did use free parking for rental car. Easy check out. Local activities/events posted. Beds were comfortable and liked the mounted soap , shampoo and moisturizer bottles. Did use the iron and hair dryer. Did have to ask to stock up on cups for tea and coffee. Felt safe. Nexttime I would get a rental car on day one as Uber was getting expensive.

Disclaimer: Be aware that this hotel is not necessarily ideal if you want to visit Toronto as it is really afar. It is Motel rather than a hotel and at a first glance we were shocked. However, the inside did way better! A nice, rather spacious room with vinyl instead of carpet (which is awesome!) and a comfortable bed. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was limited but I cannot complain at all as the pancakes and coffee were delicious anyhow. Can recommend it for a short stay!

Travelled from Dubai to Toronto and stay there couple of nights, they upgraded the hotel on my arrival. The staff at reception was very helpful and courteous. The one bed room hotel apartment, where I stayed had everything of my need. I felt like home. The location is good, with lots of parking space. I will definitely stay there again.
