Both of us have lived in London and my husband was born and raised there. I am a Western and Althouse grad. We squeezed in this visit during mostly miserable early winter weather and so did not see the city at its best.
However. London is a lovely small and accessible city at any time of year. Londoners are justly proud of its renowned University, its many parks, and its superb hospitals.

Very interesting that you would ask me for my feedback before my stay. Well I just completed my stay today 25AUG. It was the most horrific stay in a hotel in my 29 years of travel. The rooms were dirty, the towels were dirty the beds were dirty. All the elements that are need to be comfortable were missing. If this was pre / during COVID, this place would be shut down by the Ministry. To use the WYNDAM name is a disgrace. I will put a formal review and provide videos of the disgrace.

London is both an attractive destination and one you would wonder "what ever happened" here? A case of poor urban planning where one street will start with poor dilapidated unkept housing and soundings to match and at the other end feature homes of the highest calibre with beautiful landscaped surroundings.

We had an excellent dinner at The Keg.
We had an excellent dinner at The Keg. It was my husband's birthday, and we were given the most wonderful complimentary dessert. Probably, the best I have ever tasted.
Our "Inn" was very nice. So much better than a regular hotel.
Lots of construction in the downtown area, though.

We had dinner at Scaddabush Italian Kitchen & Bar and the food was great and delicious . The staff there were very friendly and helpful. As we had waited very long for the bill to come, the Manager came to meet us to apologize with 2 nice tubs of ice cream which made everyone happy! We will definitely go back in the next trip.

I love everything about this place. Nature friendly place walking distance to lake, parks and hikes. Very convenient to access shops and walking distance to the Downtown London. Host is very friendly, Jess already arrange everything prior to my arrival and during the stay I never faced any kind of disturbance. I really recommend this place for everyone. Very safety.
