Overall, I had an amazing experience. From the moment I arrived, the welcoming staff and friendly atmosphere made a great impression. I was immediately greeted by the lady at the front desk, who assisted my spouse and me with check-in. She was incredibly helpful and provided detailed information about the hotel’s amenities. I was particularly impressed with the cleanliness of both the hotel and my room. I stayed in the superior king bedroom with a kitchenette, and everything exceeded my expectations. The room was spotless from top to bottom, which added to my comfort and satisfaction. One detail I especially appreciated was the personalized greeting on the TV, displaying my name. It was a thoughtful touch that made me feel valued as a guest.

We were only passing through on our way to North Sydney, NS. As a result, I really have no suggestions. However, from what I was reading about the area, there is plenty to do. Quebec City is only a short drive away, as well.

Cachet was perfectly located for us to travel return by ferry to Quebec City, which we did every day. The ferry was a short walk, inexpensive, and convenient. What we realised is that Levis itself is also interesting, and we could easily have spent another day exploring the surrounds.

We didn't get the room we booked and were forced to take an alternative, smaller room, which only had a double bed, instead of two beds which were booked:-
the room was very small with double bed that took up most of the room! There was hardly any room for our suite cases,
The bathroom sliding door was close to the bed head, and didn't have a handle on inside making it difficult to exit the bathroom,
The shelf over the mini hand basin prevented proper use, ie leaning over it whilst brushing teeth and rinsing,
This accommodation experience was the worst that we experienced in our 4,000 km road trip through Canada and came close to spoiling the experience.

We had to check in late due to our flight being delayed so I sent the hotel a message. They replied quickly and let me know that there was someone at the desk 24 hrs a day. The hotel is well located, right off the highway. We arrived past midnight, check in was quick, room was comfortable and hotel was quiet. The breakfast in the morning had a great selection. They had eggs, potatoes, sausage, waffles, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, bagel, bread, coffee, tea & juice. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
I loved the modern design of the hotel and the rooms. The rooms are large and comfortable. Despite the size and layout of the hotel, navigating through the areas was made easy with the with strategically located signage. In addition, we had only booked one night online, but realized we needed to stay an additional night. The staff was more than accommodating in arranging the second night, finding us the room for the next night, while the hotel was near full capacity. They did a great job!
Clean. No carpets which is great for a room that dogs visit. We stayed at a hotel with carpet and it did not smell nice because of the strong cleaners so this was hotel was very fresh. The staff were great too. Would have used pool and hot tub but too tired.
