Raman and Harpreet! Raman made the check in a breeze and Harpreet was the loveliest individual to have a conversation with in the evening. Spotlessly clean rooms and great beds.
The rooms are renovated, clean and comfortable. The room temperature is fixed by each guest as the fireplace is the heat. There is a/c in each room as well. The price was great, compared to Edmonton a few kilometers north $100 per night compared to $250 per night for similar room. We had a lovely meal at the Sawmill across the street.

Edmonton is our main destination and would recommend this motel for couples who want a decent stay for the value of the money. It has kitchen appliances like stove burner so that you cook your own meals and kitchen cutlery and glasswares as well. It also comes with fridge and a decent dining table for 2. All in all, I would definitely stay here again in the future if we have an Edmonton trip.

The hotel was very clean overall but the staff could have been more supportive and a litt more friendly !! Whoverever designed the bathroom wasn't designing it for seniors. Thanks for asking our opinion .

We did not stay in Leduc only 1 night. Our son and family live in Blackfalds. Our flight to NL is usually early A:M so we stay in Leduc the night prior to our flight.
I like Leduc and the simplicity of getting around. There is so much in vicinity of the hotels there. We have always had a good experience there.
We ate at the small restaurant attached to the hotel next door to us.

I have always liked leduc for closeness to south Edmonton and more reasonable prices, but this time I was really put off with things like bad street signs and poor street lighting in the area where I stayed, where Nisku, across the highway was well marked and fully lit...huge difference

There’s many stores and restaurants close by, as well as shopping at the mall on the other side of the highway. It’s close to the airport too. Easy access to the highway. The town of Leduc isn’t too far from the hotels

The room had towels that we're unclean.
The staff we're a nightmare and didn't make things clear so we had better understanding.
We specified no decaf and kept getting decaf.
The toilet was already unclean before we set foot inside.
The towels had yellow urine like stains.
There was hardly any hot water to make tea
The plates weren't cleaned properly to serve food on.
This hotel experience was a nightmare.
Not too much to like I would not recommend this hotel to anyone fist of all we had to pay extra to get into an empty room second I could not get b into the bathtub to shower b the vanity took up all the space and we were promised a complementary breakfast but that didn't happen either, overall not a great first impression staff at the check in could have been a little more upfront and friendly !!!!
