Older hotel with limited amenities but super friendly and helpful staff who seem genuinely glad to see you and who are knowledgeable about the area. Considering the age of the hotel, this place punches far above its weight. Lacombe itself is a lovely town with a gorgeous historic downtown
and good restaurants. We came for a bit of cycling and to pick up some items and had a thoroughly good time.

Loved the comfort of the mattress slept like a baby soft pillows and a good breakfast for the price
It was quiet both nights, which is just what we needed, as my husband had speaking engagements during the day! The bed was comfortable, and the room was lovely, with a fridge and microwave, and TV and plenty of drawer space. The staff were so friendly, and even had rags when I requested them! My husband totally enjoyed the breakfast, which was continental, and done COVID-style. The owner was really friendly and service was exceptional! We would totally come back here! It will be our main stay in Lacombe area!
From booking online and going into the hotel, they had no room for me as they had a shortage because of a maid issue, but they got me one anyway. Both the bar/front desk clerk and manager were very helpful and accommodating
The hotel was much more modern than I thought it would be and it was right across the street from the baseball diamond which was a big bonus since we were attending a tournament there.
