Honestly, this is one of the few hotels I have stayed where the bathroom floor was clean - there was no build up of dirt in the corners. It just makes everything feel so much cleaner. A pet peeve of mine. The room was comfortable. And, when I had issues with the key card the desk clerk came up the second time with me to see if the card worked. When it didn't, she solved the problem and just moved me to a new room. I felt like she genuinely cared about my stay.

Upon arrival the front desk associate was personable and helpful.
While the room was on the first floor and relatively close to where the ice machines were there was little to no noise pollution.
The bed was comfortable and the air conditioner worked well, and the shower hygiene products were higher quality than you see at many hotels.

The front staff lady was amazing. So friendly, polite and kind. She gave us an upgrade to a family suite but she was amazing before that.

The green and burgendy color creates a home-like feeling. Rooms are spacious and suitable for short or long-term stays. Hotel is situated in the right location. It is a little care worn lights in the elevators need to be services and the lights need to be replaced. The staff did not address am major concern of mine, read below.
Very nice hotel that was clean and quiet.
Complimentary breakfast was hot and offered some variety. All of the staff from the front desk to the breakfast hostess were friendly and cheerful.
The Concept. Having front access room, good bed and kitchenette is all we needed. Unfortunately this place has them all in very bad condition. Doesn't keep the hotel description.
