Located on the main highway so easy to get to. 5 minute drive to downtown Invermere. Breakfast provided but it's a little basic. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Wifi was good. Small but adequate gym.
Headwaters Lodge at Eagle Ranch Resort features free WiFi and views of river in Invermere.

Perfect location with stunning view of the Columbia valley from the balcony. Close to many hiking trails. Super spacious and well equipped room and very comfortable beddings. Will come back!
I love the pool that there's more than 1. The architecture and the landscape. When you are outside, such a relaxing place. A lot of missing things to make your stay comfortable, no microwave and kettle, bathroom vent is full of dust and doesn't suck air out. Some shower tiles shows dark portion I don't know if it's mold or dirt as well as the floor tiles. Need updating. Outdoor I would recommend to friends and family the comfort of the hotspring pool but to stay especially the cleanliness, I won't. I'm still coming back for the pool but not to stay. It's pricey for the missing comfort not provided.

Fairmount hot springs relative to Banff is much cheaper.
Fairmount hot springs relative to Banff is much cheaper.
However the resort needs a renovation some updates. Cleaning painting etc. The pools used to be more fun watching the diving boards action. No owners have spent any money over a lot of years.

Go for the mountain views and the hot springs.
Go for the mountain views and the hot springs. This is not a luxury spa retreat. It is clean, fairly well organized and the staff were mostly friendly.
Loads of options for your stay hotel rooms, suites, cabins and camping. Access to the private guest only pool, sauna, and steam room is a very nice bonus to staying at the resort.

The games room was wonderful for our grandchildren.
The games room was wonderful for our grandchildren.
The master bedroom bed was horrible. It had a foamy trying to help the box spring and another foamy to cushion the mattress. It was not in good shape and for older individuals, the bed didn't offer enough support.

As a frequent visitor over three decades, I was generally disappointed with what seems to be the resort is not in keeping with general updates/upgrades or addressing things that are in need of repair/replacing ie; locking gate to private pool for guests or baggage carts with wheels that fall off... really?

We were really impressed with the hot springs pools...
We were really impressed with the hot springs pools...My wife's childhood was spent here over summer vacation, and this nearby amenity was even more delightful than she remembered! We ate in our apartment unit the first evening. We had a wonderfully delicious brunch at Melissa's Missteak Cafe in Banff the next morning. This was followed with a special dinner at The Old Spaghetti Factory that evening. We had some of the best BBQ ever eaten at Smokehouse 93 along the highway into Invermere. We ate at the apartment the next evening. And yes, getting around Fairmont Hot Springs and the surrounding area was quite simple. Nothing to avoid and everything to love!!

Comfortable, king size bed. Full kitchen equipped with everything needed(except some tin foil and/or saran wrap ;) included salt, pepper and sugar, which was nice to see because a lot of hotels equipped with a kitchen do not provide and basic spices. The covered balcony was really nice and included a BBQ too. We didn't meet the home owner, but that's ok. They were very friendly with communications and made check-in and check-out very easy. We will absolutely be back again!
We had a great stay at Riverview Retreat B&B, the room was clean, and the shared space included a coffee station and fridge. Breakfast was delicious and we had a chance to meet other guests during breakfast.
Location is quiet and safe, a short drive to Fairmont hot springs.
Quiet building, nice scenic location, lots of parking, great communication regarding check in procedure, nice to have a full 1 bedroom suite for less than the price of a nearby hotel room
