We were locked out of the room for 3 hours before being able...
We were locked out of the room for 3 hours before being able to go inside. Imagine if we had brought infants or children. We were unable to actually enjoy one whole night at this booking as we spent it in the car waiting … and the only answer was “you’ll just have to wait .. sorry for the inconvenience” no refund for the night, no pay back.. just a mere inconvenience to these people.

We had a great time! Accommodations were amazing. Lots of biking trails really close by. The bbqs were a great feature and we used them everyday. So much nicer than being stuck in a hotel room!
