V convenient location if travelling to Vancouver Island by ferry.Room was newly renovated and was v smart with a large bed and sitting area.There was a fridge in a small kitchen area and a coffee machine.The staff were very helpful and let us stow our luggage until we were leaving.There is a restaurant next door to the hotel that serves food and drink so no need to walk searching for something to eat.

I liked it all - a real apartment with all needed equipment, nicely decorated. Coffee, tea, sugar were all supplied; plus a nice welcoming note from the hosts, who live upstairs.
We were 4 adults, and we did not have much time to spend in the place since we were busy during the day. I would have liked to try the board games etc.!
The apartment is in the basement, and I don't know how much light would actually come in through the windows since we only saw the place at night.

It was an inexpensive accommodation in the Vancouver area. It was very easy to get there and get access. It had a hot tub and pool. However, they were going to charge extra to use these facilities even though their post did not say that. The owners did waive this for us.

Breakfast was great. Host, Bonnie made whatever you wanted, as long as she had the ingredients.
Bedroom was nice, and the bed was very comfortable. Slept like a log.
The host also provided a lift to the nearby Tassenwan BC Ferries terminal, which was great, as I did not have a car.

We were staying in this area to be close to family. Guests should know it’s a quiet suburb about 30-40 mins drive from Vancouver, but only moments to the BC ferry terminal going to the islands. The town itself is quiet, but there is great beach access and trails to explore along Boundary Bay area, and certainly decent shopping and enough restaurants that trips to downtown Vancouver aren’t necessary.
Aileen’s house was just terrific for our purposes!

So much to do and see in Delta!
So much to do and see in Delta! I found a great thrift store, as well as the Krispy Kreme donut flagstone shop! So many fabulous South Asian restaurants, as well as a mix of other types too.
Many malls with everything from Winners to Walmart.
Found some fabulous textiles, as I’m a textile artist.
I thoroughly enjoyed Delta.

We stayed in this location because it was close to the ferry...
We stayed in this location because it was close to the ferry. We had to pick up family over the border and this location was close enough to the border and minutes away from the ferry, which made it perfect for us!
Nothing at all it was really dirty.
Hot tub was over chlorinated
and tree needles and buds in the dirty water.
Toilet seat was broken and loose.
Pillows were very old and stained and dirty.
Bed headboard had disgusting
Crud stuck on it and not cleaned.
Cupboards had old spoiled food in it with unlabeled products and
Foreign matter in them.
Linens and towels were insufficient. It was so uninviting
we had no choice but to go to a hotel.
We would not recommend staying here at all.
Nothing to like about this place, they will not give you the place they have been putting on this site!First read the reviews guys then make your decision when choosing the right place please dont waste your money like us! We have been doing hotels, airbnbs' since 4 years now but this was the worst worst ever decision we made to do the confirmation, we regret so much
This hotel is superb...the staff were so friendly and professional...the location for the vancouver island ferry is the best and the rooms snd bed were amazing ..we would highly recommend this hotel
