Spent two days on a business trip and experienced Best Western Plus as an "upscale motel". The suite was roomy, clean, even had a corner balcony. The full breakfast buffet had daily varying offerings and real ceramic plates and_ real silverware. We were impressed by the friendly staff (reception, breakfast, and cleaning), especially by the very helpful lady at the reception who went the extra mile to create an EU-compliant tax invoice and helped with special requests.

House was cosy, room was clean/nice, bathroom was clean/large. Hosts were very nice, helpful. Stay was incredible. Proximity to Cowichan bay, wineries, road to Duncan or Victoria was OK by car. Finally this quiet place was incredible qnd better than expected. Recommended.

In a quiet cul-de-sac by the sea. A delightful stay with a very attentive host. It was immaculately clean and very comfortable. The breakfast, cooked by the host, was excellent. A really positive experience on our road trip.

The staff were friendly and prompt, there was no hair dryer and they gave it right away (essential for a lady)! Had to ask for a bath mat as well.
Breakfast was ok, just coffee, yogurt and cereal. No fruits or anything though .

The room was large and every room had a view of the bay. We were able to sit on the balcony and enjoy our coffee. The beds were very comfortable.
Small town and easy to get around to. Nice views with the bayside walk ramps and view of ferry to Saltspring. Very close to ladysmith where you can have more shops and better water front park that is family friendly

This hotel really needs some updates. The beds were comfortable. Bathrooms and kitchens however were from the 70’s. Towels were old and mismatched. For the price, we expected a much more comfortable stay.
