The bed was a super king so very comfortable, the room was warm and spacious and the bathroom was very clean. The foyer was beautiful, it still had all the Christmas trees up and log fires. There is an outdoor spa but the temperatures were too cold to use.
Facing the seafront in Sorrento, Jewel Bay Resort has a private beach area. There is a private entrance at the campground for the convenience of those who stay.

Michelle went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. From the warm welcome to the thoughtful touches throughout the space, everything was impeccable. The breakfast on both mornings was delicious and Michelle took extra precautions to accommodate my fiancé's celiac needs. After a full day skiing, we were provided with fluffy bathrobes and slippers to change into after a hot shower. Communication was seamless, and Michelle was always available to answer any questions or provide dinner recommendations. Highly recommend and would love to return!

Lots of beautiful nature all around & although the city's quite small it offers a few nice restaurants.
Further you can have any type of activity within a 1hr drive.
We will come back some day when the Shuswap region could recover from the wildfires.

A wonderful owner run motel. The owners are exceptional. Very friendly and welcoming and they both went above and beyond to help make every detail of our stay successful. Eric even helped me sort through an issue with Booking.com with a successful outcome. The rooms are quiet when the windows are closed, in spite of being next to the highway, and the air conditioning was wonderful after travelling on a very hot day. I would highly recommend this motel and plan to stay here again when we are in the Chase area.
The owners and staff were extremely welcoming. They treated us with the best service and kindness ❤. The beds were really comfortable and the room was very clean. Breakfast was complimentary and so good. I will only stay in the country inn when I'm in Chase no other compares to the experience we had here. Thanks Eric.
This is very very small community at this location there are not that many Hotel unless you drive away, The room I got was very clean, the people working there are excellent, the little town got lake near this location, there is a heritage history business, nice walk the Banks are there too
Room was nice. Bed and pillows are comfy. Has a really nice view over looking the lake. Has chairs for outside, picnic table. Very short drive into Chase. Coffee in the room.
