My partner and I recently had the pleasure of staying at La Maison entre Mer Montagnes, and it was a lovely experience. Giselle and Danny were friendly and attentive hosts who were a great help to us as our truck broke down. Both mornings we had the breakfast offered by Giselle - we found it to be well worth the extra cost!! And our room was very comfortable and the shared bathroom clean. Finally, Danny is very knowledgable and passionate about Cap-Chat and all there is to do around the area! Be sure to pick his brain if you find yourself wanting for a fun activity :D
Thank you again for the lovely stay!

This location is across the street from a beach and behind it is an inlet that you can rent kayaks etc to go on. The bed was very comfortable and the loft felt spacious.
This beachfront motel boasts views of the Gulf of St. Lawrence. A refrigerator is offered in each guest room. Free WiFi is provided in all areas. Cap-Chat city centre is just 2 minutes’ drive away....

We spent two nights in the area and we enjoyed walking on the beach, the Exploramer museum, boat excursion, and agate mine. The boat tour was a highlight. The kids got to learn about and handle crabs, a lobster, and starfish. We had icecream (twice!) at Coleurs Chocolats.

The room was basic but ok.
The room was basic but ok. However it smelled of fat from the kitchen all the time.
The surroundings were torn up and bulldozed, the hiking trails were badly marked, raw and seemed to be made for ATVs.
Hard to figure this place out, but it’s not a place to hike and enjoy nature.

Wonderful and gracious hosts! They called to make dinner reservations for us and made a scrumptious rhubarb cake for us for dessert when we returned from dinner. The room was super clean along with the shared bathroom. The WiFi was much, much better than any other hotels or B&Bs we've used the past 3 months. The accordion pleated sliding door separated the guest rooms from the home area. Amazing "create your own" breakfast, so many choices along with home made jams. Host brewed coffee ready for you in the morning.
Wonderful location with friendly staff. Room in the hotel is a bit small but very clean. There’re several suites besides the beach perfect for the family!
