It's a nice place but we got charged $70 for things from the mini fridge. We didn't have anything, not even a coffee from the espresso machine because it costs money. I walked over to the Tim Hortons next door to get coffee. The mini bar was as full when we left as it was when we got there. Weve tried to talk to the manager but he doesnt "seem" to be available anytime. Perhaps they need to look at their staff.

The location was excellent.
The location was excellent. All the staff that I spoke with were great: front desk, house keeping, kitchen. The breakfast was excellent with hot and cold foods. Indoor pool and gym.

The hotel was in a good location for visiting the attractions in the area.
The staff were all friendly, interested and helpful. We particularly booked this one as it had laundry facilities but, unfortunately the dryer broke down. The staff immediately took our wet washing and used the hotel's own laundry to dry it.
Hotel was very clean, staff at the desk was very helpful when we checked in. Room was very cozy and clean. Comfortable bed. We were on the ground floor and loved that there was a parking spot right outside or room and had our own entrance from parking lot to our room. No need to lug your bags through the hotel.
The pool was nice but small. Room was nice and had a decent view. TV was big and the bathroom was nice. Hotel staff spoke English well. Quite a few restaurants close by (around 7 minutes drive)
