The room was generally modern and decently comfortable. The coffee machine was good. The bathroom was small but functional and clean.
The room size (2 Queens Bed) is big. No good view though.
The room size (2 Queens Bed) is big. No good view though. The location is near the CrossIron Mills Outlet where I would like to spend a full day shopping and near the Calgary International Airport where I would be going to catch a plane.
Didn't like that they didn't do housekeeping despite me staying for 2 nights - no making the bed, emptying the dustbins, changing the towels. There was no door card for me to indicate that I would like the room cleaned.
The breakfast was pathetic. Would prefer they charge lower for room rate and do not provide breakfast as plenty of options at the CrossIron Mills Outlet.

Balzac itself has no facilities that we were interested in.
Balzac itself has no facilities that we were interested in. This hotel is close to Balzac but we went to Airdrie to the restaurant called Brewsters but are many other eating places available. Airdrie is a short drive north on highway #2 This hotel is very close to Cross Iron Mills mall , Costco and also Century Casino & Racetrack. The Calgary Airport is also not that far away.

Right from the start they didn’t seem inconvenienced or harsh - I checked in very llate but was greeted friendly!! The persona texts nice touch too. I extended my stay hoping to get my daughter - friendly in giving me same rate - I love the furniture and layout chosen in room I was in King Suite it didn’t feel cheap, was modern (grey woodsy) and lots of shelving so I had places for everything!! I wanted to move in was so cozy. I should of made it to the mall but I got a car starter installed by Vusions in Airdrie. Glad for that!! Missed sakes I saw when I made a dash to the mall... Costco and went to Cabellas with my son.. o Next time I’m going to try to be in the room more and enjoy that bed!!!

Clean, comfortable & very well priced. Night staff & morning staff were fantastic. Breakfast was good & available quickly. Evening staff on check in was a very rude lady that acted like we were interrupting her night & taking up her time. She actually rolled her eyes when she finally turned to check me in.
