The hotel location is great, close to the Confins airport. Breakfast was really good and it starts around 6:30 am on Sundays, which is very convenient if you have an early flight to catch. The staff was nice and helpful.

Always enjoy our stay at Ramada Lagoa Santa. Finally got the name of an Excellent Receptionist...her name Gabriele! She was instrumental on being a comfort to us when we had a family problem back in the states back in 2022. She went above and beyond with her support for us from comforting to helping to stay extra time back then. I did not remember her name but when we seen each other we knew who we were. Big plus to Ramada for having such an outstanding employee working for them. Enjoyed the room, breakfast, pool...and proximity to Lake and all surrounding attractions.
