The staff was very welcoming, showing themselves always available and ready to assist any customer.
The room was set as per usual, following the expected standards for a budget accommodation, however it would be a nice improvement/surprise, to find on guests' arrival, for example, 1 or 2 plastic cups of water, plus some lollies, somewhere in the room, as a 'Welcome Token' as appreciation for choosing your stablishment for the time being. Other suggestion, maybe even costless for such a huge company, could be simply spraying some fresh scent product around the room just to give your customers an impression of entering a fresh recently cleaned room that was just tailored to fit their needs.

Exalante arrival, efficient check in. However I was an early arrival and was asked to pay an extra day to take the room early.
After negotiating I paid an additional sum to take the room early. Might research a hotel that doesn’t try to extract as much money as possible from the customer.

Half board option was such a nice addition, saves the hassle to look for dinner, there's mini bar and refrigerator was filled with drinks, just gotta pay what you consume but it's a great addition. Close to nearby restaurants, Morumbi station and supermarkets. Room was spacious and comfy 👍
