The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast buffet was huge and so was the breakfast room. The American bar has some smaller and bigger options for dining. The staff was very friendly and supportive when we had an issue with our first room.

I could stay and work from the common areas after Check-out, which was also nice.
There´s a huge supermarket (Italo) just 300 mtr. away - awesome! And you get to the Paraguay-bridge within a few minutes (fine bus-connections to Downtown Foz leave right outside, and Uber works very well, too. So no worries; you don´t miss anything, althoug Biton is a bit outside the city center.)
