Generally the property itself was well designed, staff very good apart from a room service member who didn’t understand I was greeting her in Portuguese in the last day and said nothing in response, but probably this is nit-picking as otherwise, considering price , things were very good including “café da manhã” which had a wide variety and lovely guy attending the breakfast buffet. Lovely pool and gardens with good views of Gravatá and surrounding hills.
The location inside de complex, quite close to the swimming pool area, makes it easier the stay. And don't worry about the noise, it doesn't disturb. The hotel is well known for its facilities and activities for children.
Great hotel with excellent service, the front porter was absolutely fantastic, both on arrival and departure. Would definitely recommend and we will visit again soon.
