The inn is not only very comfortable, but also provides a relaxing, pleasant environment. The rooms are ample, well-equipped and cozy; and the common areas are inviting, calm and beautiful. Aside from the usual touristic information and recommendations, the place has agencies to book rides and is actually a meeting point for the balloon rides in the region, which is really something when you have to be there at like 5:30am.

The location is just perfect! The staff is nice too. They have a large range of activities for booking, which was great. The room itself could be a bit more confortable. They don´t provide towels or bathroom rugs.

Cambara is a small town and everybody seems to know each other. There are a number of restaurants and bars (and not just on the main street - we suggest trying the Vente de Costa bar). The bus station is small and has limited hours (which are not displayed anywhere, but seem to be mornings, and perhaps briefly after 3pm. The tourist office seemed to be closed frequently as well.
Of course, people really come here for the canyons, and there are a number of tour operators in town. We visited 2 canyons in 2 days (Itaimbezinho and Fortaleza) each a half day excursion and enjoyed both.
