There is nothing to like about this place except the facility is on the seafront. There is no cleaning and no room service. This is the first and last time I stayed in this facility. I will not even be going to recommend anyone else.

i liked the restaurant near the main road of the city, i believe 10km distant form the hotel.
there was a mechanic close to the hotel and the staff pointed me to this place to fix my back door which was not closing.
the mechanic didn[t charge for the fixing... and fixed that with a screwdriver in a minute, even stopping to attend another car. So was really helpful and efficient.

Nice beach areas but the city needs more infrastructure.
Nice beach areas but the city needs more infrastructure. It was difficult to find nice places to eat, there is virtually no nice restaurants at the sea shore and no boardwalk to walk around.
We went downtown Bertioga one day to look around and there was nothing of interest or nice places to walk.
Location is amazing, right on the beachfront. They have sun chairs and umbrellas for every person so you don't have to worry about that. Food and drinks are good.
Staff were amazing, kind and helpful! They made the stay very pleasant and easy.
Would definitely return!
It is a very spacious and bright property with a good sized pool for the family.
It has a lovely unique style and open plan feel throughout.
Most of the bedrooms have air con which was great and the beach is close by.
