The cleanliness of the hotel was unbelievable, staff were always cleaning it and there attention to detail was unreal.
Food at the bar was great myself and partner were there for 5x days and ate at the hotel 80% of the time and friends staying at a different hotel came over a few times and they couldn't believe the quality of the food and value for money
Barstaff/reception/general staff were more than happy to assist with any queries we had and were very accomaditing towards all our needs

The staff was really nice and polite. Pool was good size and well lighted even in the evening. Breakfast was good and the hotel in general was extremely comfy and quiet during our stay. The rooms were also big and cheap for the quality and size. Will definitely go back there again!

Not much... The parking is nice. It was a fast stay from our side, but our room was in a really bad state. Mould in the air conditioner, a hole in the bedroom ceiling, we could not adjust the temperature of the air conditioner, because the remote was for a another device. Mould in the bathroom ceiling, the bathroom lavatory was completely loose. Bed linnen also in a bad state. Darkening shades did not work at all, so we woke up really early. Law quality breakfast.

All I can say in 2 words is NEVER AGAIN.
All I can say in 2 words is NEVER AGAIN. Security guards are a complete disaster. It’s like getting booked into a prison. They treat everyone entering like criminals and there’s no organized screening. Horrible experience with security from top to bottom.
No air conditioning in the living room which if you know anything about Brazil makes for miserable conditions. No lighting anywhere near the grill area so you better do your grilling before dark. Limited pots and pans in the kitchen. Not anywhere near worth what their charging people or what is being advertised. NEVER AGAIN…
We ended up staying at wellness, which I would think is more or less the same as the suites. Everything there was great! The staff was nice, the room was clean and nicely decorated with comfortable beds. The food was delicious! Every meal in the buffet was really well cooked. The dessert buffet is a reason enough to visit, it’s beyond delicious. There are plenty of pools and things to do for the whole family with close access to the beach and the beach park. We’ll definitely be back!
The easy access to the beautiful beach, the pool, beautiful hotel. The Beachpark and buggy ride were super fun. Hotel staff were unhelpful and arrogant. I had to deal with two drunks one the night. Security did nothing. I was treated like a criminal for taking coffee outside. The next restaurant is 30 min walk on a dirt road. Hotel food very pricey. Saw women and kids not getting dinner. I speak good Portuguese.
Excellent size for a family, clean, well furnished, well equipped, with working AC... The host is kind, easy to reach and was very accommodating to us. The staff at the condominium was very polite and helpful. The place felt safe and was within walking distance to the beach and to Beach Park.
