The staff were excellent, with a 24 hour front desk so you could ask questions as needed. They were extremely helpful in helping us get a reliable, reasonably priced cab when Uber fell through. Overall our stay was comfortable and we liked the feel of the hotel… Nice lounge/patio spaces also to get away from the city but not be in your room. The hotel has security guards on all the time also which made us feel secure.

Came in the middle of winter and happy to have a warm room to come home to at the end of the day. Alejandra at reception was utterly helpful and made me extend my stay for a week coz it was such a great stay. The location is perfect, it's close to the tour companies and good food.
The roof deck was amazing, I felt no need to go to any view point when I had my very own.
