The staffs were very friendly, helpful and amiable, they would help you what you want once they could. They are well-informed, although the concierge couldn't speak English well, he called his manager to help me. The manager told me what I want, it's very useful. They provided storage after check-out. The breakfast buffet was very plentiful and nice. They have different fruits, I want to stay more days ever. The location was very convenient, near to the bus terminal, even you can walk there if you don't have too many luggages.

everything was great! Luis is so helpful in speaking slowly in Spanish for you to understand. he provided guides and map of the city. Mayor attractions are the Christ statue where you have climb many stairs to get to and Toro Toro national Park which is 3 hours away. I got a big family room with two beds with balcany. the beds are super comfy and I felt asleep right away. the bathrooms are always clean and there's a window to ventilate. good breakfast!
