The guesthouse was very comfortable and in a lovely area of Bulgaria, with amazing views, lots of scenic areas and if you have children there is so much for them to do in the parks of Varshets. The kitchen and dining room were very clean and well equipped. Viktor and his wife were perfect hosts, nothing was too much trouble. Our water heater broke down and we were immediately moved to another room, with a balcony.

Very hospitable and generous hosts. Love from the 1st minute. Clean and well-kept house with its own history. Large yard with parking inside. Quiet. Convenient location, easy to find. Fast internet. Overall a nice place. There are nice cafes 5 minutes away (which surprised us) where you can have a delicious breakfast. The town itself is very nice with roads much better than in Sofia and even with its own pedestrian zone.

It took us quite some time to find the guest house. The host was out of town when we arrived, so we had to call him many times when we were trying to locate the building. And there was no instruction regarding how to check in. The neighbor took us inside. There was a shared kitchen underground, but there is a fridge right in the doorway. The four beds are in the same room.

We want to mention Madelena who helped us very much. We've forgot our guide Bulgaria book at the hotel. When I called them, they looked for, found the book and Madelena sent it to us at the hotel we stay now (in Borovets), so she did really something special for us. THANK YOU AGAIN Madelena!!!!

There is a small Water fall and a park near by. 30-40 minutes walking.Nice place. Food is good and not expensive in a small restaurants near the hotel. Yes there is a good park.Traveling during the night is very dificult. There is a lot of turns, when you cross the mountain.

Unfortunately public SPA facilities are closed and in bad condition.
You should choose one of the few hotels with own SPA facilities to enjoy, such as Medicus, ATA, Sunny garden.

The hotel is good, and the food is good. The pool was a little colder than expected. The lady at the lobby was kind but she was often missing and there was no way to order something to eat or drink. There is a wonderful coffee RICHARD, but it is only in the lobby and the staff is not offering it. They will prepare it only if you ask for it.
Room and the hotel were clean and ok, despite the occasional unavailability of the staff. The water was great for me, but the pool inside is too small. If the weather do not allow the use of the outside pool and jacuzzi, it is obvious that this is not enough for the capacity of the hotel.
It was close to our venue for the European Field Target competition and we were able to use the facilities at another hotel as friends where already guests there.
