Excellent hotel! It truly has a castle-like atmosphere: marble, magnificent chandeliers, a piano… The breakfasts are varied and very tasty. We arrived at the hotel early, around 9 a.m., and they accommodated us right away — huge thanks for that!
We want to give special thanks to the receptionist, Anastasia. She made our birthday unforgettable! We were pleasantly surprised with champagne, a chocolate cake, macarons, and beautifully arranged fruits in the room. The entire staff went out of their way to make us feel truly happy.
Anastasia speaks multiple languages easily and is always ready to help with recommendations on places to visit and things to do. The atmosphere in the hotel is very pleasant and welcoming. Additionally, despite our early departure, there was a lunch box waiting for us at the reception.
