The location was amazing, nestled in the mountains in the town of Pavel Banya. The staff were amazing, friendly, the hotel was clean and our rooms were large and finished to a very high specification. We booked breakfast and dinner, and were not disappointed at all in the buffet offerings, as the variety on offer was great, especially for vegetarians. The spa and pools were a pleasure to use and very clean all round. Cleaners mopping floors and using machines to clear away excess water on the floor. Would highly recommend this hotel complex with its external pool overlooking the mountains. Opened in Jan 2024, so it is still very new - maintained to a very high standard. Staff in teh main hotel and Spa have been trained well to greet guests and treat them with respect.

A small, very cozy and clean hotel with a SPA area, in a quiet area of the town.
During our stay, the staff and their attitude towards vacationers were beyond praise: despite the off-season and very small number of guests in the hotel, all SPA treatments were available, breakfast was served on time and was sufficient to start the day.

The town center with shops, cafes and restaurants within walking distance.
We were pleased with our stay at the hotel and sincerely recommend it for those wishing to visit Pavel Banya.

Spa zone was great. Staff were very professional and helpful. However breakfast was poor and food was passed by staff who were not patient at all, from a glass display during breakfast, I know go figure! Room was literally filthy and cleaning ladies were even arrogant when were told to do their job. That is not a five star hotel! Maybe three and that’s being generous. Not going back!
