I did not like anything about the hotel; The problem occurred first and most important, from the manager as they do not follow the procedure and their policy;
The policy is there that people on their private beach, which people who have tags with “all-inclusive “, when they no longer utilise the beach need to remove their towel, however the manager allows people to “reserve “ their seats, which is absolutely wrong and does not follow their policy.
Second, food is awful and guests need to waiting for certain dish, and if its finished they no longer will cook it as, the proportion is very bad made.
If you have guests with “all-inclusive” which are 300 people and you prepare 50 meatballs, how can people be satisfied with the food.
Guests are waiting for a coke on a queue which is 30 minutes wait?!
Even staff, complain about their manager’s decision and how their work proceeds throughout the day.

Our family vacation at Asteria Family Hotel was a blast! The staff, especially Front office manager Velina Petkova, were incredibly helpful. We requested a comfy bed for our child (not a sofa bed!), and they made it happen immediately. From the spacious room with a pool view to the delicious food (huge thanks to the Turkish chefs!), everything exceeded expectations. The à la carte restaurant staff, led by Dimitar Dimitrov, and bartenders like Djem and Pavel ensured every meal and drink was a delight. The location was perfect – close to the center but quiet, and just a short walk to the private beach. Asteria Family Hotel gets top marks for amazing food and comfort, and a staff that goes the extra mile!

Fabulous beach and safe swimming area, can get very busy during the summer months, lots of restaurants offering different types of food and many bars , food and drink reasonably priced and many places offering Happy hour , Fat cats bar/restaurant is a favourite of ours, Sunny Beach good location to get out and about, Kableshkovo has a weekly market on a Thursday , Nesebar is cultural heritage site and well worth a visit , you can also get boat trips from there , lots of Aqua parks for family fun 😀

Really nice place. I went in the month of May, during the Ortodox Easter, and it looked like it was the perfect time for a sea side trip: part of the shops were open, beach was very quiet and clean and the prices for small souvenirs were more than decent.

I would return in a heartbeat. Sunny Beach is located in a beautiful setting. Lively and great craic. It is easy to travel around and the Bulgarian people are very friendly. Fantastic weather and lots to do.

It’s a very large beach with lots of people but you have to pay for sun beds and parasols. We stayed at the north end of the beach which was a little less crowded and a lot quieter. Lots of life guards for safety.

Very clean water and beaches, even when there are lot of people it does not feel crowded. Nesebar is very close it is well worth visiting. When you take a taxi, shop around as there are big gaps in between the quotes.
Location is great, right on the beach, in a more tranquil side of Sunny Beach 🙂

Our stay at Asteria Family Sunny beach hotel was memorable and unique. The room was great, spacious, adapted to be with children. The cleaning staff was excellent, the rooms, towells were cleaned every day. Bartenders were just excellent, best feedback and wishes to the animation team, they create unforgettable atmosphere to our holidays!!! The food selection were diverse, fresh and delicious. Everything excellent!!!
Hotel is exactly like the pictures. Staff is really kind, breakfast was everything one could need and the pool was really big and quite calm and quiet (in comparison to other hotels we saw extremely peaceful). Rooms were very clean but a bit outdated. Would totally recommend if you want an offordable but pleasant stay in Sunny Beach
