The owner is extremly nice and welcoming, the apartment is very clean. The pool area has a common kitchen where you can get glasses and cutlery but you will have to buy your own drinks at the nearest store, but we already knew that so no problem. It is a 5 to 10min walk from the beach and 10min walk from the city center. Overall excelent experience.

We booked the "studio with sea view". Very good value for money. The room is really big. There is no kitchen as you might guess from the pictures, just a sink and a small microwave. You can't make a coffee or cook some pasta. It wasn't a problem for us, but it's good to know. The terrace is also very small but with a nice view. The beach is at 5 minute walk and is the best in Sveti Vlas. Parking is a big problem in the whole area (be very careful where you park!), but you can use local transportation which is very convenient.

Could have been worse. It is a well developed place with many stores but not really good for a beach holiday - the beaches are tiny and there's nowhere to park if you are a visitor. Lots of new developments and multistorey apartment buildings very close to each other, which gives the place a big city vibe. The place has no unique character and has lost its connection to nature.

Regarding the resort: Probably the most beautiful resort we have seen in Bulgaria. It's clean, the people are friendly, civilized, with plenty of restaurants, clubs, and at least decent shops. We recommend it from every point of view; we believe that Sveti Vlas is the loveliest Bulgarian resort we've been to.

Sveti Vlas used to be small, quaint village 3 decades ago. Now, it looks like the suburbs of a metropolitan area, build without any planning vision. There are too many building next to each other making you suffocate. Sveti Vlas is lacking the structure of a sea city with a nice walking area for the visitors. In addition, there are no regulation for parking and lack of good parking spaces. Cars are all over the places and create an ugly picture. Some buildings offer parking space yet at arrival the visitor is informed there isn't parking. Then, the adventure starts to find a place or or return back and leave or find another property. I would NOT recommend the place to anyone!

Perfect location, practically on the beach with a great pool and children's pool as options. We also had access to the next door Premier Fort Hotel where we could visit all the trainings and nightly performances.
The host welcomed us very pleasantly and quickly answered all our questions. The apartment itself is spacious, equipped with everything you need for a longer stay and has an excellent view of old Nessebar and Sunny Beach.
We also had access to secured parking space.
Apartment is great. Right near the swimming pool, you just enter the door, step outside and you are near the pool.
Full kitchen equipment, washing machine.
Weekly cleaning with changing white towels and bed linen. Pool and hotel territory was cleaned every day.
Green territory, coffee automat with wide coffee variety near reception, elevator, personal parking place, wifi, children playground, sport playground.
Ideal place for large groups (we were 59 people) with spacious apartments, several nice pools, and location close to the beach. Two good beach restaurants and water sports are available. The centre of Sveti Vlas is also quite near for shopping and dining. There are good bus connections to aqua parks nearby or sightseeing in Nessebar.
The hotel is located at 5 minutes to the Central beach. Very clean and cozy. The furniture, pillows, mattress are in very good condition. The AC and the fridge were working good. There is a free privare parking. Tasty breakfast and dinner. The family that run the business is doing a great job. Congrats!
We got an apartment where the air conditioning in the bedroom didn't work, but this was quickly sorted out, and we got a new apartment! Very nice apartments, clean rooms and good area. Nice restaurants on hotel, and beach was beautiful, and not to much people! Thank you for a nice stay!
