Lovely property blended into nature, very relaxing to stay there, and nice hosts.
Very clean bungalow with spacious rooms and all the needed amenities, including a well equipped kitchen area.
Great to sit outside or go in the pool during hot days.
In half an hour by car you can get to several nice beaches in the Varna area.
We also loved the e-bikes for rental, good to go exploring around.
And the WiFi internet was excellent.

The property is definitely off the beaten track with lovely views and a real feel of being in the middle of nowhere. It was so relaxing being here, very quiet but then we were the only visitors. The yurt was lovely although closing the window blinds wasn’t easy so we left them shut once we dropped them on day one. There are a number of bbq’s available and wood to chop if you cook that way, if you don’t then pack your own charcoal. You definitely need to bring all that you need for your stay as the nearest shop in Avren seems very far away. Even though we didn’t use it, there was a 4m diameter Intex pool. Wifi was available. Nice kitchen and eating area with a fridge and also a fridge in the room. The bed was large and really comfy.

We recently stayed at Villa Adrian and were absolutely delighted with the experience. The hospitality was outstanding, and the rooms were comfortable. We initially booked a quadruple room, but after our teenager decided he wanted a separate room, the owner, Nikolay, went above and beyond to accommodate us, even though the property was quite busy. His flexibility and willingness to find a solution made our stay stress-free.
Nikolay is an incredibly welcoming host who pays attention to every detail. He has created an exceptional menu at the restaurant, offering the most delicious Greek dishes in the region, alongside traditional Bulgarian meals prepared fresh daily. We tried everything on the menu during our 11-day stay, and there wasn’t a single thing we didn’t enjoy.
We were a family of two adults, two children, and a dog, and every one of us had an amazing time. The nights were peaceful and quiet, perfect for restful sleep. The beach is just a short 4-5 minute drive or a 20-minute walk down a beautiful path.

Amazing value for money and location - 5 minutes away walking from Lidl and 10 minutes away from Asparuhovo Beach. Lovely host family, treated us with great care, hospitality and friendliness - even treated us with some fresh watermelon :) . Beautiful garden with a covered kiosk hang-out space where you can relax, play cards and have a meal in the fresh air. Cosy interior with everything you need. 100% recommend and we'd love to come back!
