The friendliest staff of any hotel anywhere. Really made to feel welcome. Shown to our room which was fabulous. Paid extra for a sea view which was worth it. Nice big room, nice big balcony. Spa facilities very good. Great pool and jacuzzi. Nice to see, also, the outside pool fully functioning even though it was out of season. We were very lucky with the weather it was like a lovely spring day at the end of January, so we saw everything in a good light, but have to say that this is probably the best hotel we've stayed in in Bulgaria. Thanks to all the staff from the young security guy to Milena to the restaurant/bar staff for making our visit specail. We will be back.
