Our stay at the Feniks Hotel was simply wonderful. Small, clean, nice and cozy, at a very short walk from the beach and the centre of Lozenets, with a nice pool and very tasteful food. The room was big, clean, the bed was huge and comfortable; the building doesn’t have an elevator but it wasn’t an inconvenience for us even if our room was on the last floor.
It was great value for the money spent and bonus points for the wonderful Yana, always greeting us with a smile and ready to help us with anything. We would love to come back in the future.

The hotel it is close to the beach (like 5 minutes away), designed carefully and nice generally. Nice big room, nice design of the room, good quality mattress. Area it is pretty quiet so you can relax in peace even in the high season. A grocery store it is nearby and most of the restaurants in the same area (+/- 5-20 minutes walking). Breakfast was excellent, good quality coffee and large variety of tea and juice. Parking near the hotel also was available in a closed parking lot and with controlled access. Some services are as expected (breakfast, cleaning, room service, availability for information's from the lobby personal). Breakfast was almost the same every day, but the number of options was big so no problem for us, after 5 days some options still remained to be tested in another trip. To be honest I had no idea what else they could supply for breakfast. Massage was fine or more than fine, a little unusual but that's why I try it in different places. They do allow pet along with the owner so good to know that they respect that promise. Bottom line: we will be back and definitely recommend it . Also the Lozenetz it is a small town but a very nice option to relax at the Seaside. The outside temperature was more agreeable than expected, nice breeze and pretty strong waves all the time. The AC unit in very good condition, functioned as expected.

Lozenets itself is not good - extremely overcrowded, parking is hell, not enough and mostly very basic restaurants, but the nature is awesome, the beaches are very good and the service was good at the places where we went. A good destination for a 2-3 days escape, not so much for a longer stay.
Spacious rooms(we had a family room), breakfast buffet very rich with fresh local food as well! Special relax area in the swimming pool where children were not allowed. Extremely helpful and friendly staff! Location is great - 50m from the central beach and 5 min walk from the Lozenets center.
Our stay there was great. The hotel is situated near the beach and meters away rom a fun park which our kid adored. All the staff at the hotel and at the restaurant were really nice and the food was very delicious. Definitely will come back!
Normal hotel. It's really near to some central clubs, so if you are partying is great. If not, there is a bit of noise, but the windows isolate it and there is working air conditioning, so its not really a problem.
Everything was perfect, VERY close to beach, very friendly stuff, clean and good family hotel. We will come again next year. Highly recommend for everybody!
