Food was tasty, staff was always polite, the hotel is maintained well, it was clean and nice, the views from the hotel are amazing.
Good start/finish point for trecks, especially in winter. The slopes for skiing are close. Bus from Sofia stops right outside.
SPA is ok and clean, however if there are more people at once, it is rather small.

The apartment is gorgeous, well equipped with comfortable beds and the view nearby is amazing as it is located between sunflower fields. We really enjoyed our one night stay.
