We had a perfect short family-type holiday. The property offered everything needed - a spacious kitchen and living room, a well-maintained yard with a barbeque, and stable and fast wifi. The location is gorgeous, the complex is nestled in the mountains and is very peaceful. The tennis court is well-maintained, and the staff is responsive to requests. My partner was vegetarian, and the chef was able to customise menu items and even create new options for him which were amazing. We loved relaxing by the pool in the ideal location. The bed was comfortable. As we were one of the only guests in the hotel, the breakfast was made to order rather than continental which was amazing and very tasty.

The staff were very kind here. They gave me a secure place to lock my bike (as I was a bike tourer) and gave me a key and clear instructions on how to exit as I was going to leave the hotel early. I had a choice of beds in my room and a small balcony to dry things on.

The room was spacious, clean, and tidy. We got a view at the back of the hotel, which was not impressive, but still good enough - trees and fresh air. No balcony :( The staff was accommodating, the food was tasty, there was some event during our stay and there was a DJ in the restaurant - the music was a bit loud and we had to speak up to hear each other, but we still had a good time. Breakfast was not included in our rate, so we had the choice from a breakfast menu - traditional Bulgarian food - tasty too.
