Great staff, breakfast and location. On the edge of the lake you can walk down through the hotel groungds to the waters edge. The staff we so helpful and friendly even lending us a guide book of the area to plan our day.

The location and all facilities are great, but they don’t have enough staff. Personal works simultaneously or front desk, restaurant and house keeping. They are exhausted and overworked and it shows. We had no working TV and no one to sort it for 2 days.

A couple of small niggles with room but soon sorted by staff. Good breakfast and all in all, excellent value for money. Very good meal at the restaurant.

The staff was nice, smiling and very understanding. The hotel is located near the bus station so that makes traveling to and from there very convenient. There are lots of shops close by to purchase whatever is necessary for the purpose of your visit

It felt like coming back to your comfortable home after a great hiking adventure. The family that owns the place was so lovely and helpful. They were available round the clock and helped us start our car after our batterie died. They made the most delicious traditional Bulgarian breakfast. The views and location was just stunning with a sunset view over the lake and the mountains. I would love to come again.
