One of the staff, Reni, was very helpful and courteous throughout our stay. The breakfast was generally nice but healthy options were missing entirely - there was no fruit or cereal or oatmeal so you had to stick to the heavy options from the pre-determined menu (they were good but heavy).
The sauna was a good option after a long day of outdoor activities, if the staff remembered to turn it on when guests request it.
The heated drying rack in the bathroom was a nice touch.
