Brilliant hotel! I booked 2 bedroom flat. Rooms were spacious, clean and tidy. All hotel facilities were in excellent condition. I do recommend the salt sauna!
Internal pool is great for young families like us with small babies. Outside hot mineral pool is perfect for late evenings. Food in the hotel was delicious and in the private restaurant as well. Special compliments to the chefs working in there.
All other stuff was also friendly, helpful and polite.
Definitely we will come back next year when we go back to Bulgaria.

Rooms are spaceous. King beds are comfortable. Has dishwasher and espresso machine, although it's set for a very weak espresso.
The housekeeping lady is very informative and helpful. We had a small issue with the water pump but she she came to the property within 5 minutes and fixed it.

If you want to spend "another day in paradise", definitely this is your place. Well placed in the mountain, the house is very nice and the staff - very welcoming and nice. I will go there again at first occasion.
Many thanks to the administrator for the hospitality! Friendly people, calm and good atmosphere. There is a shared kitchen that has all the necessary items and even spices. A quiet place for a family holiday, fresh air, heated pool with mineral water.
It was nice to have breakfast in a restaurant near the hotel, incredibly delicious pastries!
