Friendly people and really helpful. Great food and for a one night stay on a motorcycle trip it was great. Just be aware that it is a few kilometres of gravel road to get to the property which I enjoyed but others may not.

Great location, views, hospitable staff, delicious and versatile breakfast and dinner, game room for kids, playground, terrific spa centre and а very nice pool, it was just excellent. I had a great time there together with my partner and my kid and I plan on visiting again.

We warmly recommend staying in Bansko at the Hotel Famil - great hospitality by the owner Dean who is very very welcoming, takes care of every request, and gives very good advices as to where to travel around. The rooms are causy and comfortable, breakfast is very good. You feel at home at the hotel also thanks to the hospitality of young Oscar and sweet ALiza. 😃

We stayed one night on our way to the coastline and it was ok, good value for money. Quiet location, free parking in front of the hotel. Billa market and old city center is 10-15 minutes away by foot. They have a small swimming pool if one want to relax. Family room was ok with comfy beds. Breakfast was also nice and if the weather is nice, you can eat outside as well. Staff is very polite.
