The location is great, near the main street and 5 min from the main beach. The room is comfortable, and has everything you need, even a small outdoor area with a table and chairs. The hotel has a private parking space. The receptionis was super nice and helpful!!

Our favorite parts were the fig trees in the garden and the wonderful view. We could stay in bed and watch the sun rise over the sea. It was magical.

Ahtopol is a place of great childhood memories for me. But the place has been neglected and by the local authorities and overlooked by tourists. It has a great fishing port with nice water and sea rocks to wander around but not much else. The water is still dangerous to drink and stomach problems are unavoidable for me. It's also a very hilly place so you're always going up or down a hill. I'd visit for a day again, but I wouldn't spend my vacation there.

Ahtopol is a preferred destination for me because the weather has almost always been sunny and the small town is not overly built up like most Bulgarian Black Sea resorts. The natural beauty of the location has not been taken away and I hope they keep it that way.
It is very easy to get around Ahtopol, the people living in the town are very friendly. The houses have well-kept gardens with beautiful flowers. The town is full of fig trees.
The restaurant on the pier with the white tables is a very nice place and the food is delicious. The service was top-notch.

There are a couple of places where you can eat that definitely worth to try.
The best place for us was Veranda di Mare, where we found the best dishes in town. Another one was Deja Vu, the only place where you can enjoy a nice shisha at a decent price.

The self-catering apartment was great.
The self-catering apartment was great. The resort was good quality in general. Restaurant food was very good and served in generous portions. The staff were pleasant, wherever we went. We were there in high Summer. It was hot so we intend to return at a cooler time of year and do some sightseeing, further afield.
We ate at the Museum restaurant a few times and then at the 4 Captains. Seafood was fresh and well-cooked.
Ahtopol is a small fishing village and so not difficult to navigate.
There are small boats that take passengers along the coast a few miles.

Incredible location at Ahtopol’s center with amazing, unobstructed view of its bay and iconic lighthouse! The apartment is with fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, TV and so on. The hosts are these amazing and friendly people who make you feel right at home!
Very nice colourful Hotel. Large rooms with big balcony with sea view. Very clean. Great shower. Very friendly and helpful owners. Good breakfast. Great location very near to the center and the beach but sufficiently far to be very quite.

The apartment was very clean, the furniture is still new. The hotel is close to restaurants and cafes and has a nice pool with a view over the sea. The garbage was taken out every day.
