The property was clean and very cosy and comfortable. The host was also very accessible and helpful to accommodate a request I had for a charger and returned to deliver one. My children really liked the property and felt very comfortable.

The modernity and size of the house belie its small frontage on the street. It is huge! It has been significantly extended and upgraded. It is well equipped and well kept, with a bathroom upstairs and down. The beds were very comfortable. We booked for a one night stay at very short notice, but it would be suitable for a longer family holiday. It is close to Ypres - we went to the Last Post at the Menin Gate at 8pm - and Tyne Kot cemetery the following day.
Just a huge thank you to the host at this perfect B&B.....
As this is by far the best B&B I have ever stayed in,and the high end hotel chains,could seriously learn from this host,as attention too detail is absolutely perfect.....
