The host is extremely professional, polite and friendly.
Upon getting the key to the room I was helpful in explaining important practical things and nearby entertainment.
Location is a 1m walk from the beach and 5m walk front the "kust tram" stop so you can visit nearby or far away coastal cities.
Rooms were clean, had all the essentials but also a water cooker for some late night hot drinks like tea or coffee.

Very friendly hosts, quick to respond to questions asked through whatsapp. Room was super clean, together with bathroom. Smart TV was a nice addition if one wants to watch YouTube rather than landline tv stations in foreign language. Breakfast was easy to book in the morning (we didn't decide for one from the get go) and pay for, many options to choose from too, but I wish we went earlier to have more of the warm food. Free 24/7 parking on the other side of the street was another bonus after long travel.
Boasting a seasonal outdoor swimming pool as well as a terrace, Holiday Suites Zeebrugge is situated in Zeebrugge, within 2.7 km of Heist-Aan-Zee and 400 metres of Port of Zeebrugge.

The apartment was equipped with everything that we needed. Accessing the building was convenient enough (we memorized our codes), and the location suited our travel needs.
Yes, the beds are a bit uncomfortable, but it's a low-budget vacation apartment, so don't expect orthopedic mattresses and down-feather comforters with Egyptian-cotton duvet covers.
The plastic mattresses prevent bedbugs, so keep that in mind as well.
The place is not going to be in perfect condition, but realistically speaking, people travel in and out of these rooms, often with children and pets. And once again: this is a budget-friendly place, so the furnishings are not going to be top-quality pieces that can withstand a tornado. Upon our arrival, we just wiped everything down and used disinfectant wipes afterwards.
And we just ran a load of the dishes we were going to use through the dishwasher, just to ensure that they would be clean.
I can't understand some of the bad reviews, since many people seem to complain about the lack of towels, lack of service, having to pay extra for parking, etc.
If people would actually do their research and read about the facility beforehand, they would be aware that Holiday Suites is not an actual hotel with all the commodities a hotel has to offer. I can't even tell you how many times we were made aware of the fact that the rooms do not provide towels unless you want to rent some at an extra charge.
These are small and very budget-friendly vacation apartments. They provide a small kitchenette where you can prepare your own meals, if you choose to do so, and yes, you make your own beds.
They do not provide toiletries, so bring your own soap, etc.

We loved this place! The owners are a very sweet couple and they welcomed our dog as well. There are a lot of details made the stay a big difference, there’s fresh flowers and fruits in the room, a beach bag and everyday some small surprises.
I have stayed at this Hotel many times before and can't fault the rooms, and their cleanliness. My room was very spacious and clean. The Shower was Hot and the cubicle was large, unlike many other Hotels I have stayed in. The Food and the Hotel's location, was ideal for my needs. The Hotel staff were very helpful and friendly and worked really hard. The 24 hour Bar was a real bonus. I'm not a heavy drinker but it was great to be able to have a drink without being tied to restrictive opening and closing hours
The hotel staff were exceptional in their service from allowing me to check-in sooner than originally agreed to asking if I remembered to move my car, making sure I was aware the sun was hot despite the wind, messaging me to see if I needed clean towels and enabling a later checkout. I really appreciate 🙏🏽 thankyou Elina. The room was wonderful, spacious, clean, peaceful and in general the hotel is well looked after with beautiful aromas as you walk in and in the room. Loved my stay, thankyou 💕
Atlas Hotel is a really nice and cozy place to stay, no difference whether your travel for work or for a holiday. Very friendly and cooperative personnel, comfortable, big and bright rooms and delicious breakfast will definitely wait there for you.
Location, free parking in front of the hotel. Good bed quality. Bathroom was large and clean. Quiet rooms. Noise of the ocean can be heard with open windows. Good price performance ratio.
