Zaventem is close to the airport - our main reason for choosing this town. It is an easy journey by train into Brussels central which I would recommend because traffic and parking is difficult.
We had a 50% weekend pass so the return trip for both of us was Euros 10.

Very clean room, in walking distance from airport (30 min), simple check-in/out, flat TV, convenient shower and kitchen corner, good for shorter stay for reasonable price. Not functioning air condition, therefore a bit warmer inside and no other way to have fresh air.

We were contacted by the hotel staff late on the 25th April in regard to our arrival time and i advised them that it was a late flight , they then informed me that they cant let me in so find another hotel , great service.

Zaventem is just the airport.
Zaventem is just the airport. For me, it was ideal that the hotel was right in front of the airport since I needed to catch a flight the next morning very early. We were also a rather large group of 7 people. Thus, we saved some good money in transportation.
If you are planning to stay just one night since you are in transit, this is a good option.

The location was very good,room was comfortable. But we had to wait for more than one hour for our dinner in the Restaurant.We had a morning flight,so we felt some difficulty as we wanted to sleep early.
But it was quite okay.

Room was comfortable and well appointed, as was bathroom (even though it was small). Restaurant food was spectacular compared to so many we have stayed at. Complementary water bottles in the room were a bonus.
Staff was great-solicitous, polite, and friendly. Location -direct from terminal to hotel- cannot ask for better.
We would stay there again (and have). Lastly, the Sheraton airport hotels we have stayed at (including Munich) were just the best, in terms of location, staff, amenities, restaurant and comfort.
The great appeal of this place is that it is out near Zaventem international airport and if you are so inclined you can walk there in 20 minutes. Soundproofing is good. There was no overheating problem either. There are OK restaurants around but the great little beer bar that was nearby has changed into a much-needed dark cavern with loud music for young people.
Excellent location - walking distance to Brussels Airport. Spotlessly clean, appreciated that it was self-catering, it has all the amenities you need. Check in was easy - very helpful host and hostess.
