The family room was spacious and comfortable, with a charming balcony overlooking the street but with a seaview to the left and a view of the trams and activity to the right.
All the beds were comfortable with plentiful storage.
The staff were excellent, particularly as we arrived late and they were ready to assist a speedy check-in.

We stayed at this hotel recently - what a big mistake!
The “standard” room we booked was tiny, you could not stand up when you got out of bed, the ceiling is literally 1m above floor height! (See pic)
You literally have to get on your hands knees to get into bed.
There are no tea or coffee facilities in the rooms, there is a room next to the reception where you can get a drink but this room was never open.
NO AIR-CONDITIONING the room was like an oven.
This so called hotel does not even serve lunch or dinner!
If you like to listen to tyres screeching all day and evening then stay here, there is a karting track right next door and the noise from this place is constant and deafening!
I feel this so called hotel is in financial difficulty, there are unfinished rooms and rooms full of tired dirty furniture. The staff on reception are in need of training, they have developed a blame culture thus every problem is always someone else’s fault. There is a very obvious and unhealthy power struggle going on between reception staff, a woman we called Cruella for obvious reasons seems to be the bad apple here. As an HR Director this is where I would start if this hotel is to survive.

Great buffet breakfast with a great choice, very nicely presented. Were lucky to get a table with sea view in the breakfast area. Hotel is situated directly at the beach. Room was modest with newly renovated bathroom and sea view.

Me and my colleague were hosts in Tatiana’s B&B for three nights.
She has been very kind with us during our stay, starting from our arrival and providing us delicious breakfasts, every day!
The first night we had check in around 23.00 due to our late flight in Belgium, but she was there ready to welcome us.
The house and my room were nice and I slept really comfy. This is also due to a very quiet and relaxing location.
The property has also 2/3 available parkings slots, which is really comfortable.

It was particularly comfortable to have an apartment, but with the facilities of a hotel (reception, swimming pool, common areas, option of breakfast, etc). My son enjoyed the playground!
The storage for bikes was an advantage.

The location was interesting, close to Westende (700 mtrs walking + one tram station to Westende beach) but in a peaceful area.
The late check out (until 13:00) was only 20 eur extra.
As a family of 5, we really appreciate it when hotels have rooms for 5, which avoids us having to book 2 separate rooms. It was clean and we had no problems accessing the room despite arriving after the time when the remote reception team are reachable. We only stayed overnight as a break on a long journey, and the room was suitable for this. It was great having a kitchen, with fridge, freezer, ability to make coffee... We were able to park just outside the property for free.
The apartment is exactly like the pictures. It's amazing how much effort was put in the decoration and in making it feel like home. The apartment is located in the most quiet corner of Westende, which is ideal if you just want to go for a walk, relax and enjoy the beach. Everything you might need is there (rituals bath products, linnen, coffee, cooking supplies...) - it's the perfect location to be worry-free.
