The hotel entrance lobby is very good. There are several chairs desk to sit on spend time. Overall sound proofing or isolating is unbelievable. I had meetings online in the lobby without any problems. The room is not big but enough for 2-3 people.

We had a lovely stay, The room was a good size, set up beautifully and well supplied. We enjoyed our breakfast which was in a lovely setting. The staff member that booked us in was gorgeous and so friendly and helpful and gave us heaps of tips which we took.
This hotel blends an industrial history with elegant décor and modern facilities. Ghent River occupies several former factory buildings, less than half a mile from the Botermarkt.

Great location, quiet hotel, easy to get around, nice atmosphere, lovely view of the river. We always had a “do not disturb” sign on the door and still, fresh towels/toiletries were put in a basket for us outside of the room every day - loved that!

The room was large and comfortable and we slept well on the beds. Also the staff were so welcoming and kind right from the beginning. We arrived well before checkin hoping to just store our luggage but no the room was ready and they let us in. Also breakfast was fabulous: lots of great breads and pastries, big variety of fruit and you could order freshly cooked items!

Close to the motorway network in a quiet affluent suburb of Ghent. Riverside location
High quality hotel with good staff.
The house wine was a Grand Cru St Emilion, and was outstanding!
Good parking, altogether a nice place to stay after a long day in a 70 year old car!
geared to corporate / events / anniversaries, but looked after us very well.
It rounded off a 7 day 1500 mile driving holiday really well...and comfortably under two hours to the Tunnel.

Excellent stay all round; only downside was locating the hotel as due to road works ( which presumably has been going on for 2 years) there being contractors vehicles blocking access up the road but luckily we were fortunate to have 2 very kind “locals” who came in our car with us and showed us a roundabout way which we never would have found on our own.
The location, staff and peacefulness were on top. Unfortunately we only slept there after the concert but we wished we had time to have a walk and explore around. All in all a very nice hotel.
