very authentic, warm and cosy and the host was lovely and very accommodating , beautiful surroundings.
Host was very kind to our daughter and even had a supply of childrens tous which was a great hit.

The space was well laid out with everything we could think of.
It was very comfortable, private with views over fields.
There is a car port with off street parking.
The heating and air conditioning systems kept the house at a comfortable temperature.
Beautiful location, friendly and helpful staff. The food from the on-site restaurant was absolutely gorgeous. Really close to the Spa racing circuit but also secluded away from traffic and more tourist locations, great place to unhook from technology and just enjoy the peace and quiet.

In November was my birthday and we chose the perfect accommodation for a romantic weekend getaway, the bed was really comfortable, our Chalet was really clean and preheated (which was great cause outside was already cold) and the area was so peaceful and quiet. Laura was very friendly at the reception and gave us some useful informations about the region. Unfortunately it was raining the whole weekend so we couldn't as much as we wanted, but that didn't affect our stay at les Refuges du Chalet. We highly recommend Thermes de Spa, which is only 5 minutes driving from this cute "village". We definitely want to come back again in Sommer and enjoy the sun on one of those beautiful terraces :)

I loved the theme of the whole camping zone. It felt like a quiet Disneyland with about 6 little houses. I got the Roulade de Sirenes and it was cute and adorable even if it was not a house but a truck like. Everything was super clean I have never seen an hotel more clean that this one. I even checked behind the furniture.
Nice small hotel in the Ardennes with modern restaurant on site where we had a nice dinner. Ample parking and close to hiking and biking trails. Free water/coffee in the room. Breakfast selection was small but fresh and nice quality of local products. Hostess was very friendly.
An amazing place, beautiful garden with tables and decorations. A very clean and nice room. Amiable hosts, a very pleasant family couple. The breakfast was better than in the top hotels ;) We did enjoyed and will come back as soon as possible.
